Child Welfare and Attendance

Welcome to Child Welfare, Health and Attendance (CWHA). The CWHA Office of the Educational Services Department provides support to school sites, employees, parents, pupils, and community members, through dissemination of information regarding the California Education Code and other laws affecting pupil services and school administration.

CWHA also provides service in the following areas:
