The Academic Recreational Child Care Program (ARCC)is dedicated to bringing quality before and after school programming to Norwalk-LaMirada Unified School District elementary students. Your children will receive academic guidance and support to help them with homework completion and academic development.

The Academic Recreational Child Care Program recognizes the transformative power of art within a community and believes the arts are essential to the socio-emotional development of every child. ARCC educators provide students with enrichment opportunities informed by the Visual and Performing Arts Content Standards, which include music, dance, theatre and visual art. Subsequently, students are encouraged to share their work and what they have learned through culminating presentations where parents and community members are invited to experience first-hand the talent that is being cultivated in the program.
