Welcome to Edmondson,

Home of the Eagles!

Leaders are built here! Edmondson Eagles pride themselves on building successful leaders for our future and we are proud to say that we have fully installed our 2011-2012 Edmondson Elementary School Student Council (see picture).Student Council  

Mrs. Mayorga, 4th grade teacher extraordinaire, took charge in holding nominations and elections this fall and they were a huge success!

Now what? you ask. Well, student council will meet with their coordinator, Mrs. Mayorga on a regular basis throughout the school year to plan fundraisers, special assemblies, and possible improvements to school. Also, they lead our weekly Eagle Pride assemblies where we celebrate Edmondson’s “Eagles of the Week,” as well as conduct the flag salute in English and Spanish (we are a Dual Immersion school afterall), and make important announcements.
