Mrs. Enfield was born to teach. She is the epitome of an informed professional educator demonstrating commitment and compassion in all of her actions. This professionalism is evident by her positive impact on her students, and time and energy spent to collaborate with parents.
"Only one who devotes himself to a cause with his whole strength and soul can be a true master. For this reason mastery demands all of a person." -Albert Einstein This quote fits perfectly to describe Ms. Knapp as an Intervention Specialist. Her positive attitude, professional tone in all that she does and commitment to the betterment of students embodies the art of possibility.
We are so proud of our students! Their efforts have helped us continue to grow. We will continue to work hard and reach our goal of an 800+ school. Keep up the great work Mustangs!

Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year! The Moffitt community of parents, students, teachers and staff is an amazing group of dedicated individuals who work together to create a positive environment for all to learn and grow. We are dedicated to creating a school that provides a rigorous, standards based academic program for all students in a safe and nurturing learning environment.
The teachers at Moffitt are continually involved in staff development to improve our knowledge and skills as educators. Our staff implements the strategies learned through the District's Literacy Initiative to promote critical thinking, develop academic language and increase comprehension in all areas of the curriculum. When you walk in the rooms on our campus you will find a learning environment that supports academic growth and fosters a love of learning. The print-rich environment with meaningful co-created charts, cooperative seating arrangements, organized classroom libraries, and meeting areas designed for large group, small group and individualized instruction help to create the most effective learning environment for our students.
I am looking forward to a successful 2012-13 school year where we continue to work collaboratively to increase student achievement and instill a love of learning into the lives of all Moffitt Mustangs.
