Due to a technical error, community messages, including user-created trustee maps, submitted via email to [email protected] may have received a reply incorrectly stating the message had not been received; however all messages, including maps, sent to the email address have been received and acknowledged with an email confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation email, please re-send your message to the email.
Moving forward, the District will acknowledge receipt to all users via confirmation email that will include the time and date of the submission within one business day. If you do not receive a reply, please email Christopher Hargraves, Public Information Officer, at [email protected].
As a reminder, the final deadline to submit user-created maps for Board consideration is October 14, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. All maps submitted before the deadline will be posted for public review on October 17, 2022 and presented at the Board of Education Meeting on October 24, 2022. If necessary, additional meetings may be scheduled to finalize trustee areas.
