Superintendents Letter to the Community

Some of our students may have a need to express themselves. We are working to develop guidance for our students, while providing safe, impactful ways to be heard. Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District’s counselors, teachers and administrators are available for our students who wish to share their concerns.

We provide a space for our students to talk freely about their feelings, while reviewing expectations for responsible citizenship. Our teachers also continue to keep our students focused on their education and support them in achieving their goals.

We all have a shared goal in strengthening the pathway to success for our students and providing them with the skills and knowledge that will lead them to become responsible leaders of our future. Norwalk-La Mirada Unified remains committed to our community, and we will be an example of strength for our students, whom we so proudly represent.
