Consists of new construction of synthetic track and turf fields for football and other sports events. Also consists of new bleachers at the football field, field houses containing concessions, team rooms, restrooms, and storage facilities, a ticket booth building, irrigation and landscape upgrades, new fence and existing fence enhancement, asphalt and concrete paving, site utilities including public water purveyor utility connections, and resurfacing of an existing parking lot. Demolition work includes the removal and hauling of existing home and visitor bleachers approximately 8,500 seating including existing press box, small building and its associated electrical equipment in the buildings, hazardous abatement and hauling, site utility, parking lot, and existing track and field areas such as synthetic turf, rubber track and materials/poles and foundations for Exterior Athletic Lighting including Public Address and other site lighting. Material and Installation for Synthetic Grass Surfacing, Synthetic Track Surfacing are Owner-Furnished Owner-Installed Items. Materials for Exterior Athletic Lighting, Rubber Flooring Base, Roofing, Daktronics, Security Cameras, Wireless Access Point, Refrigerator, Ice Machine, and Liquid Soap Dispensers are Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed Item.
