Technology Services is pleased to announce our new help desk work order system. Effective July 1, 2018, staff can submit and track their work order via our new Help Desk System linked to Office 365 login.
There are two ways to open a work order ticket.
1. Click on link below, you must login with your email ID: (preferred method)
Please provide detail description of issue or problem type, include things like Mac, PC, iPad, Chromebook, software, hardware, room location, contact information in the body of email.
Upon login, click Submit New Ticket and follow the steps:
