Method - Login and Email to Ticket

Instruction on Login and Email to Ticket:

 

 

1.Please go to this link: https://nlmusd.sharepoint.com/sites/crowcanyon/itshelpdesk/EPortal/SitePages/Index.aspx

 

You will see the O365 login page, please enter your email address and your password (which is same as how you Login Office365 using Web-browser).

 

 

 

2. Once you login or if you are already login, it will go to this page:

 

 

 

3. Click “Submit New Ticket” on the top left hand corner area.

 

 

 

 

 

4. In the Submit new ticket page, please make sure you choose your Location, Sublocation (if there is an option) in "Request Details" section, and fill in Title, and choose the Category and Issue Type in "Ticket Details" section.  

 

 

 

Note: Some categories have different sub categories/items that need to fill in. Such as Event Setup, or Hardware/Software purchase request. Here are some samples for the category interface:

5. Once you done, click “Save” on the bottom of the page.

 

 

 

 

6. After that you can see your ticket on “View Submitted Tickets” Page.

 

 

 

7. You should also receive an email from [email protected], which is a confirmation with the Case ID that belongs to your case.
