Returning Student Registration For 2022-2023

ENROLLMENt Procedures

The following provides protocols for student enrollment for the 2022-23 school year.

  • Parent/Guardian will complete registration online using the link below.
  • Parent/Guardian will submit the following necessary documents by mail, email, drop-off, or fax to complete the enrollment: birth certificate, proof of residence, immunization records, and transcripts.
  •  Documents will be processed at the school site.
  •  Site will contact parent/guardian upon completion of the enrollment process and provide next steps for students, including their right for Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE).


Returning Student registration is open now!


We are excited to announce online registration for the upcoming school year! This process replaces the paper forms sent home at the beginning of each school year.


If your child is currently attending an NLMUSD school, or if the school your child most recently attended is an NLMUSD school, you will receive a letter sent home in the mail with a "Snapcode" and will be asked to register as a returning student.


Every household requires a PowerSchool access account to register online. With families with more than one child returning to NLMUSD, each household will be able to register all students with this account.

What’s a Snapcode?

The snapcode is like a key to your child’s information for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode or snapcode link for each child.

Should I create an account? 

If you’ve never completed an online registration application for your child, you should create an account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number. - If you already have an account, you can sign in and complete the form. (You should use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.)

Do I have to answer all the questions?

Required questions are marked as "Required".

What if I make a mistake?

If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “Prev” to return to a previous page.

I’ve completed the form, what are the next steps?

When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.
