Interning in high school can be a fantastic way to get some real world experience before heading off to college. Internships are not just for college students anymore. Many students in high school are using internships as a strategy to help decide their major, bolster their college applications and gain experience to better prepare themselves to land their next internship after they have additional collegiate knowledge under their belts.

Don't let the perceived lack of experience deter you from applying for a high school internship. You may already have skills that can add value to the employer.
