Parent Resources

 Enrollment is limited to 120 students per  midle school site. Enrollment into the program is open to all students enrolled at the school.
Enrollment is based on the following priority list:
Priority 1: McKinney Vento and Foster Youth
Priority 2: Students who can attend the entire week and the entire program time ( 3 hours)
Priority 3: Open Enrollment
*Any student not enrolled will be added to a waiting list;  Applications on waiting list will be reviewed in accordance with the priorities listed above.
The printable application is available at your school's main office.  Upon completion, you may submit it to the Site Lead at your school's after school program.  You will be contacted if your child has been accepted into the program. 
There is no cost for participation, however, students must attend the program every day for a minimum of 3 hours and maintain good standing in the program.

Early Release Policy Form / Poliza para Salir Temprano
An Early Release From muse be completed for students that participate in parallel programs and must leave program before the completion of the three hours. A form must be completed and submitted to the Site Coordinator prior to the student being released.
  Una Poliza para Salir Temprano debe ser completada para los estudiantes que participan en programas parlaelos y deberan salir antes de completar las tres horas de programa. El formulario debe de ser completado y entrgado al cordinador del programa antes de que el estudiante pueda salir temprano.
