Ramona Preschool

Welcome to Ramona State Preschool-Center Stage AM Program

Hello my name is Jessica Herrera. I currently attend Long Beach City College, and hold my ECE Site Supervisor Permit.  I have been working and volunteering with young children for 6 years.

At 10 years of age I knew I wanted to become a teacher.  I had a high interest for teaching and helping children grow but most importantly helping them learn.  Teaching is not just a job but an opportunity to help young minds grow and guide them to become the best that they can be.  I believe each child has something special that can be built upon.

I am very excited to be part of the ARCC Center Stage program.  My goal is to help all students grow and motivate them to become the best that they can be and to build a positive relationships with parents.

I look forward to an amazing school  year!

Welcome to Ramona State Preschool-Center Stage PM Program

My name is Gracie Wilsey and this is my 10th year working for the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District.  I started my career with children at Waite Middle School as a Supervision Aide..

In 2007, I was given the opportunity to work with the Center Stage Childcare Program.  Over the past 8 years, I have been privileged to work at several schools in the district and have grown personally and professionally.  Of all the age groups I have worked with I have discovered that I work best with children in pre-school. While working for Ramona Preschool I decided to attend Cerritos College taking Child Development classes.  These classes helped prepare me to work with the children.

These past several years working for the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District in a childcare position has allowed me to grow both professionally and as an individual.   I hope to continue my work with these children as I teach them what they need to know, as well as how to express themselves.

I look forward to an exciting school year.
