Welcome to the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District School-Age Child Care (SACC) Program

The SACC Program is open to care for school-aged children from TK to 5th grade in a safe, enjoyable, and supportive environment. The SACC Program will offer your child an array of enrichment activities that will not only promote cognitive development, but also engage your child socially and emotionally.

Enrollment Eligibility:

Your child must be enrolled at the school where childcare is requested. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis with limited enrollment at each site. When the SACC Program is enrolled to capacity; a waiting list will be maintained. Parents will be contacted as openings occur.

Beginning Fall 2022, the SACC program will return to operation at Dulles, Escalona, Gardenhill, and La Pluma Elementary sites. More information on the opening of Eastwood will be coming soon. Registration occurs on an annual basis. Returning students and siblings of returning students receive priority registration. Priority registration is from March 14, 2022 to April 14, 2022. SACC Open Registration for all new students begins on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 9:00 am. Open registration will occur online through the “Registration SACC Program” link or click here. We will provide further information on the opening of Eastwood as it becomes available.
