Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District, in conjunction with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and Mercy Pharmacy, will hold Vaccine Clinics this Saturday, August 6, from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at Los Alisos and Hutchinson Middle Schools. These clinics are for returning or new students who are missing required immunizations to complete the registration process for the District.
Available immunizations will be MMR, TDap, and varicella which will be offered free of charge. Individuals with or without medical insurance are also welcome. In order to receive immunizations, a form of identification showing clearly the name and birthdate of the individual getting the vaccine (Aries printout, birth certificate, medical record, passport, etc.) must be presented along with immunization record.
NOTE: Minors younger than 16-year-old must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent or legal guardian) over the age of 18 AND a written PARENTAL CONSENT form. Minors age 16-17 can go by themselves to clinic provided that they have the written parental consent form already signed.
COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters are also available for ages 3 and up. Appointments for the COVID vaccine can be set through the links below but are not required.

El Distrito Escolar Unificado de Norwalk-La Mirada, en conjunto con el Departamento de Salud Pública y Farmacia Mercy del Condado de Los Ángeles, llevará a cabo Clínicas de Inoculación este sábado 6 de agosto, de 9:00 a. m. a 1:00 p. m. en las Escuelas Secundarias Los Alisos y Hutchinson. Estas clínicas son para estudiantes nuevos o que regresan a quienes les faltan las vacunas requeridas para completar el proceso de registro para el Distrito.
Las vacunas disponibles serán MMR y TDap y varicella, que se ofrecerán de forma gratuita. Las personas con o sin seguro médico también son bienvenidas. Para recibir las vacunas, se debe presentar una forma de identificación que muestre claramente el nombre y la fecha de nacimiento de la persona que recibe la vacuna (copia impresa de Aries, certificado de nacimiento, registro médico, pasaporte, etc.) junto con el registro de vacunación.
