Self Service Reset Password Management

Self Service Reset Password Management (SSRPM) is a new application for NLMUSD to help our staff, teachers and students to do the password reset if they forget their password. Once they enrolled to the SSRPM system, they can access SSRPM anywhere when they need to have their password reset.
 
Please follow the instructions below to access the SSRPM:
 
Step 1
 
Please open your internet browser (Firefox, IE, Chrome, Salari, etc) and go to this link:
 
In order to reset account password, please enroll your account to the system first. If you enrolled to the system already, please skip the Steps 2-5 and go to Step 6.
 
Step 2 (Enroll Account)
 
Click Enroll into SSRPM.
 
Step 3
 
Please input these following information:
 
User (For example: jsmith)
Password
Domain (If you are Staff or Teacher, please select WIN2K. If you are student, please select ACAD
Captcha code
 
Once you finished, click Continue
 
Step 4
 
Please select a security question and enter an answer. (All answers have to be different). Retype the answer in the Confirm area.  You will be asked to select 3 question and answer pairs.  Click Next after each question, and then
 
Once you finished, click Ok
 
Step 5
 
If the enrollment is successful, you should see this page below and you can click Ok to go back to the main page.
 
Step 6  (Password Reset)
 
Click Reset your password
 
Step 7
 
Input the following information:
 
User (For example: jsmith) 
Domain (If you are Staff or Teacher, please select WIN2K. If you are student, please select ACAD
Captcha code
 
Click Next once you finished.
 
Step 8
 
Please answer each security question and click next.
Step 9
Select Reset my password and click next
 
Step 10
 
You  can input the new password. Also retype your password again. Once you finished, click Next:
Step 11
You should see the following screen if you reset your password successfully. Now you test your new password and verify if the new password is working or not.
Note:
If you already enrolled to the system and you do the Step 2(Enroll Account), the system will ask you either reenroll, or remove your account from the system. You can choose either one, click back to go back to go back one screen, or close the window in the small x in the top right corner to return to the main page.
