California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) Information
The Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School has elected to become subject to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) procedures in accordance to Public Contract Code Section 22032. The District is inviting licensed contractors to submit information for inclusion on the District's list of Pre-Registered Bidders.
Attached is the Public Notice (published in the Whittier Daily Newspaper) and Contractor's Letter of Interest form:

- Original NLMUSD Board Resolution adopting CUPCCAA procedures and letter to California Office of the State Controller
