HCM Implementation Updates

We are excited to announce that the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District will transition from Quintessential School Systems (QSS) to Advantage Human Capital Management (HCM) beginning October 2026.

This page will serve as your central resource for everything related to the HCM implementation. As Fiscal Services and the Division of Human Resources work together to prepare for this transition, we will share important updates, timelines, training opportunities, new business practices, and resources to help employees navigate the change.

Our goal is to keep you informed every step of the way and ensure a smooth transition to the new Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

Be sure to check this page regularly for the latest announcements and implementation updates.

What is HCM?Human Capital Management (HCM) is a comprehensive system that integrates key human resources functions, including payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and employee self-service.
